I know sometimes I like to kid around—I’ve got kinda a reputation for bein’ a real wag, what with all my japes ’n’ gags ’n’ whatnot—but I was actually pretty serious ’bout shuttin’ down the restaurant ’n’ openin’ up a movie theater!

Didja know that there are websites out there that are like Zillow but for commercial properties? It’s actually pretty interestin’ to see what sorta places there are near where ya live. I’ve been lookin’ for spots where I could maybe set up a real proper old-timey style Movie Palace. There’s not a TON of options near me ... but there IS this one buildin’ that’s pretty big.

Y’know, I think maybe this really could work. Huh!

I do kinda wonder why this buildin’ is so cheap, though.
