It’s the greenest ever you’ve ever greened
Hiya Skeleton Crew,
I’ve been runnin so short on time this week, I gotta go into my BACKUP BREAK-IN-CASE-OF-EMERGENCY TRIVIA VAULT!
Which is just a name of a file on my computer, it ain’t like a real vault or nothin. All it is is a buncha evergreen questions in it – stuff that definitely, assuredly, 100% certainly won’t ever go out of date – for me to use if I’m ever short on time to come up with these trivias.
Answers to Last Time
- It was Mr. Rev. Bayes that came up with the mathy rule to help figure out conditional probabilities. Rationalists love that dang thing!
- Ya probably heard the Milano Cortina games are starting, but I wanted ya to tell me the full town name of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Today’s Trivias
Trivia 1
What CIA publication has got info about pretty much any country ya would ever care to know about? I feel like anyone who had to write a school report in the post-Internet-but-pre-Wikipedia era probably has memories of goin to the web version of this publication & learning about, like, Chile or Tajikistan or whatever for a presentation they’d have to give in Social Studies.
It’s such a handy li’l publication that, let’s face it, will probably be around forever!
Trivia 2
Do ya remember that crazy NBA trade, when Luka Dončić was swapped for Anthony Davis in what everyone said was basically the most bonkers trade anyone’d ever heard of? Mr. Dončić went off to the Lakers, while Mr. Davis went to what team that I’m sure’s gonna wanna hold on to him for a li’l while, what with all they spent to get him there?
OK then
