Fun fact, I got inspired for my own costume by one of the answers to yesterday’s trivias. Specifically, it was the birdman question – I really liked that Harvey Birdman show when it was on & I figured that could be a cool costume.
Is that kinda random? I dunno, I guess. But ya gotta choose SOMETHIN to be, right? So why not that?
Anyways, I asked my pal Milo & he said he was into it. He even suggested doin a whole group costume thing: he’d be Space Ghost, our friend Roy’d be Captain Caveman, & maybe we could even rope Jen into bein … hmm. I dunno. Maybe Velma from Scooby-Doo?
Answers to Last Time
- The egg-snatchin contest I described yesterday was to determine who’d become Rapa Nui’s official tangata manu, or birdman. No relation to the Birdman of Alcatraz or to Harvey Birdman.
- Tanzania is where ya can find the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to Olduvai Gorge. If that sounds familiar, it’s ’cause Olduvai Gorge is where Mary & Louis Leakey found all sortsa important anthropological remains from hominid species datin all the way back to Homo habilis.
